Maintien de Farba en prison : L’APR parle « d’hérésie judiciaire » et annonce un plan d’action
L’Alliance pour la République (APR) a réagi à la conférence de presse, ce mardi, quelques heures après la sortie médiatique de la ministre de la justice, Yassine Fall. L’APR parle « d’hérésie judiciaire et un acharnement politique ». Le parti de l’ancien président Macky Sall annonce une tournée et une marche nationale.
« Cette décision de maintenir l’honorable député Farba Ngom nous conforte dans notre vision. Dans cette affaire, tout est politique. Ce n’est pas une affaire judiciaire de notre point de vue », a déclaré Seydou Gueye, responsable et porte parole de l’APR.
« Si tant est que c’était une affaire judiciaire, on aurait fait droit au droit de Farba Ngom. Malade. Rien n’interdit à la justice de le libérer et de prendre les dispositions qui permettent de l’avoir sous contrôle. Nous sommes convaincus que beaucoup de Sénégalais pensent la même chose. C’est une affaire d’acharnement, c’est de la haine, c’est la justice des vainqueurs, c’est de la revanche. Et ça, ça met en péril notre vivre ensemble et notre République », a-t-il ajouté.
« On l’a dit à l’intérieur, notre préoccupation centrale, c’est la défense de la République et de ses valeurs. C’est la préservation de la démocratie, ses valeurs et de ses usages », a-t-il poursuivi.
L’APR souligne que le comportement du parquet n’est pas ce qui était attendu. « Nous considérons la décision d’hier comme une hérésie juridique. Et vous savez, depuis ce matin, quand vous écoutez les médias et les commentaires des Sénégalais, tous les qualificatifs ont été utilisés », a dit Seydou Gueye.
« Conférence de panique »
L’Alliance pour la République fustige une « décision surprenante, honteuse et scandaleuse », qu’elle qualifie « d’hérésie juridique ».
Le parti de Macky Sall parle de la sortie du ministre de la Justice cet après-midi d’une « conférence de panique. Pour essayer d’alourdir des charges, nous ne l’acceptons pas, nous le dénonçons avec la dernière énergie et de la façon la plus vigoureuse possible. Cette décision est une hérésie, je le disais tout à l’heure ».
À cet effet, l’APR annonce la mise en œuvre d’un plan d’action pour la restauration de l’Etat de droit et la défense de la République.
« Ce plan d’action sera structuré autour de tournées auprès des autorités religieuses. Nous sommes tous unis, nous sommes quatre. Si nous nous réunissons, nous serons plus forts », a détaillé Seydou Gueye.
Selon lui, cette tournée sera menée auprès des organisations de la société civile, qui dit-il, dans leur rôle de défense des droits de l’homme, ont leur mot à dire sur la « situation carcérale, inacceptable, injuste de nos camarades ».
Le Parti compte élargir cette tournée, vers des représentations diplomatiques. « Dans ce plan d’action, on annoncera très prochainement la date d’un grand rassemblement, une marche nationale pour la libération des détenus et des otages politiques », a conclu Seydou Gueye.
