Assemblée nationale : La mission d’information sur les produits Softcare entre en action
La commission parlementaire chargée d’examiner la commercialisation des produits de marque SOFTCARE au Sénégal a lancé sa phase d’auditions le 14 janvier 2026. Sous la présidence de la députée Khady Sarr, cette mission vise à faire la lumière sur les circonstances entourant le retrait puis la remise sur le marché de ces produits.
La mission a pour objectif d’établir les faits et de déterminer les responsabilités dans cette affaire. Les auditions prévues permettront de recueillir les témoignages des autorités compétentes, des professionnels du secteur et des consommateurs. Une visite de terrain est également prévue pour évaluer les conditions de production et de distribution des produits SOFTCARE.
D’après la parlementaire Khady Sarr, la mission souhaite également entendre les citoyens et les organisations de consommateurs pour recueillir leurs préoccupations et leurs suggestions. Cette approche participative vise à garantir, selon ses dires, que les intérêts des Sénégalais soient pris en compte dans l’analyse parlementaire.
Enfin, la Présidente de la mission, Khady Sarr a souligné l’importance de la coopération de toutes les parties prenantes pour mener à bien cette enquête.
