Le Sénégal affrontera le Soudan ce samedi à 16h00 GMT pour les huitièmes de finale de la CAN 2025, sous la direction de l’arbitre mauritanien Dahane Beida. C’est le deuxième match des Lions arbitré par un officiel mauritanien dans cette compétition, après Abdel Aziz Bouh face au Botswana.
Dahane Beida, 34 ans, est considéré comme l’un des meilleurs arbitres africains. Il a déjà officié lors de cette CAN, notamment lors de la rencontre Nigeria-Tanzanie (2-1), et avait arbitré la finale de la CAN 2024 entre le Nigeria et la Côte d’Ivoire ².
La VAR sera assurée par l’algérien Lahlou Benbraham.
